Important requirements regarding international travel
A full itinerary must be forwarded to the
band (or its immediate agent) AT LEAST 7 DAYS prior to the bands departure from
the UK
Deposits, (if required) must be received by the band (or its immediate agent)
AT LEAST 30 DAYS prior to the bands departure from the UK, or by any other
specified date. (As per the terms and conditions detailed in the contract)
FOR INTERNATIONAL CONCERTS:
All flights from the UK have to originate from (and terminate to) the following
International airports in this preferred order:
5 persons (Each with one checked-in bag and extra leg room seats)
plus 2 extra checked in bags
via;
‘NEWCASTLE INTERNATIONAL’ (NCL),
or ‘DURHAM TEES VALLEY’ (MME)
or 'LEEDS BRADFORD' (LBA)
or 'DONCASTER SHEFFIELD' (DSA)
or 'EDINBURGH' (EDI)
or 'MANCHESTER INTERNATIONAL' (MAN)
or 'LIVERPOOL' (LPL)
When a Special Guest has been booked to appear with the band there may be additional people travelling with the above personnel.
Budget airlines such as Easyjet/Wizzair/jet2 etc are acceptable (but please
try to avoid Ryanair!)
Short airport transfer and connection times must be avoided.
Suitable and safe transportation / transfer vehicles must always be supplied.
Long distance road travel before or after concerts should be avoided.
In ALL cases there must be an overnight hotel rest of AT LEAST 8 hours after
the concert. The hotel should ideally be located within walking distance of the
venue.
Where a flight schedule or long distance travel does not allow for a suitable
rest period before a concert, arrangements must be made for the band to arrive
at their hotel on the day prior to the concert, with hospitality fully
inclusive.
Any changes to the backline rider must be notified at least 7 DAYS prior to the
bands departure from the UK
THE ABOVE CONDITIONS CAN ONLY BE VARIED BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT OR FISCAL
